- What is NuggMaps?
- NuggMaps is an online directory of cannabis distributors, manufacturers, services, uppliers, growers and buyers. At NuggMaps, we are proud to host the world’s largest and most comprehensive cannabis wholesale directory. Our mission is to revolutionize the cannabis industry by fostering a transparent, efficient, and accessible marketplace that connects growers, manufacturers, and retailers across the globe.
- Who can register on NuggMaps?
- Currently our website is only open to companies looking to find and showcase wholesale products or services. We currently do not have direct to consumer sales available. However that might change in the future.
- Why was NuggMaps started?
- The team behind NuggMaps have been in the cannabis industry for 15 years. And in that time we've constantly struggled to find companies to buy from and companies to sell to. There simply are no real usable wholesale directories for our industry. So the solution was to create one such directory.
- What does it mean to be Verified?
- Verification is a paid service we offer that identifies the person managing the business listed in our directory. The verification process includes things such a personally identifying those we are talking to, via a state or federal ID. It confirms they have control and are in charge of the company or brand they are promoting. The entire process takes about a week and is maintained month to month. Verification for other companies helps to add a layer of trust.
- What if I don't want to identify myself?
- We offer anonymous registration. We don't require any identifying information if you don't want to provide it. However please not that verified accounts will add a layer of trust between you and your potential clients.
- Why is the price to list so cheap?
- We would have set the price to $0 if possible. However we have to pay staff and server fees. Also are old school cannabis veterans. We believe the industry was at its strongest when every size of cannabis business could thrive. Like a beautiful cannabis grow where some plants are stronger then other. We chose to nourish all of them. Not just the big players. So if you're a small company with a handful of products or a big corporation, you are both equal on NuggMaps. There is no pay to win.
- Can I register if I don't have a business?
- Generally we set a standard that you should be a business. However we also understand that some businesses start from the ground up as a small seed. You can register as an individual, but you will need at least a brand name. All we ask is that as you are building your presence on NuggMaps you follow the rules and keep a nice clean shop. Those shops that are not maintained, will be removed.
- Is your website safe to use, are there any risks?
- NuggMaps is simply a directory. While we do offer a verification service, it's always important to practice caution. Use common sense and protect yourself. If you are not certain about a contact, simply don't work with them. We cannot guarantee that there is no risk involved when doing business with companies listed on our site. Be smart and be safe.
- I'm a regular customer and want to buy some products, can I do that?
- NuggMaps for now is only meant for bulk wholesale purchases. Expect companies listed on here to have a very high MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity). For example a distributor may sell a minimum of 5 pounds of flower. Or a vape manufacturer sell a minimum of 100 vape cartridges. That doesn't mean you can't buy from them, but expect to buy in large quantities from these companies.
- Does NuggMaps sell cannabis products?
- We do not. We are a directory only. Our goal is to help businesses and buyers find each other online.
- Can I cancel my subscriptions?
- Yes you can cancel anytime. We currently offer month to month subscriptions. However please note the first month is non refundable. There is a significant amount of work required to setup your profile and that cost goes into your first month fee. After the first month we can offer a prorated refund for time not used during the billing period.
